At Nuriya Fashion, we want you to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand when and how refunds are applicable.
🔁 Return Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available only on POD (Pay on Delivery) orders under the following conditions:

Return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Product must be opened in front of the delivery person.

A video proof of unboxing must be recorded clearly (without cuts).

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
❌ No Refunds on COD Orders

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please ensure you check the product and size before placing a COD order.
📦 Return Process for Refund

Record a video while opening the package in front of the delivery agent.

If the product is damaged, incorrect, or has size issues, send the video to our support.

Send the video + order details to our WhatsApp: 7260026995.

Our team will verify the video and approve your return within 24–48 hours.
💰 Refund Timeline

Once the return is approved and the product is received by us, your refund will be initiated.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days from return confirmation.

Refunds are done via original payment mode or UPI (as applicable).
